1. Use of Services

SecondTick provides WhatsApp Cloud API automation, campaign management, bot flow building, and contact management tools. You agree to use the services solely for lawful business communications in compliance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policies.

2. Account Responsibility & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API tokens, and WhatsApp Business Account access. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Prohibited Messaging & Anti-Spam Policy

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for unsolicited bulk messaging (spam), harassment, deceptive practices, or illegal content. Misuse of the WhatsApp Cloud API or violation of Meta Commerce Policies may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing

Subscriptions to SecondTick plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You agree to provide valid billing information. Meta/WhatsApp Cloud messaging conversation fees charged directly by Meta are separate from SecondTick subscription fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, brand elements, UI designs, and proprietary automation workflows provided on SecondTick are owned by SecondTick and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecondTick shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of revenue, or service interruptions resulting from Meta API outages or third-party network failures.

7. Termination & Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services or user accounts that violate our policies or applicable laws. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your user dashboard.
